The Classification of Cement Mill

Cement mill can be divided into cement ball mill and cement grinding mill:

1. Cement ball mill: it is used in circle grinding system, and it features high efficiency, high output and low energy consumption, especially in the blast furnace slag cement.

2. Cement grinding mill: it is used in open stream grinding system, and it features simple structure, low investment, small space and high efficiency.

Principle

Materials evenly go from the feeder machine into the first cabin of the powder grinding mill through the feeder hollow shaft spiral, and inside the first cabin, there are ladder-shaped lining boards or ripple-shaped lining boards with steels balls of different specifications in them. The rotation of the cylinder will produce centrifugal force to bring the steel balls to a certain height, and then the steel balls will fall down, which will have impact and grinding effect on the materials. After being coarsely ground in the first cabin, the materials will go into the second cabin through the single-deck partition board, and inside the second cabin there are slat lining boards inside which there are steel balls used for further grinding the materials. Finally the powdery materials will discharged through the discharging grating bar to complete the powder grinding process.
